Meters Present On System As Metric Meters But Meters Are Actually Gallon Meters

Goal
On : CCB 2.4.0.3.0 version, MM - Meter Management
Meters present on system as metric meters but meters are actually gallon meters .
CCB and MDM configuration are both METRIC as of the moment, these data were migrated to CCB and MDM incorrectly and we need to update it from METRIC to GALLON.
But when the User tried to update it, the issue occurred not letting the User to save the GALLON value of meter configuration field in CCB system.
