Data Not Showing On P6 Professional Report

Symptoms

For a particular project and report run via P6 Professional:

Note:  P6 Professional can be installed locally on a PC or accessed via Citrix.
  1. One user can launch P6 Professional, run the report and see all data.
  2. This same person can log into P6 Professional with any other P6 username, run the report and see all data.
  3. Other users launch P6 Professional, run the report and DO NOT see all data.
  4. Other users launch P6 Professional, log in as "the P6 user who can see data", run the report and DO NOT see all data.
