Getting ORA-03113 While adding item in "PO Item/Location" Screen (Doc ID 2342658.1)

Symptoms

While adding item in "PO Item/Location" Screen,the following error occurs.

 Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Login to RMS application.
  2. Navigate to Ordering-->Orders.
  3. Select New Order, then click OK button. The PO Header Maintenance window opens.
  4. Specify required fields.
  5. Click Items button and specify valid item.
  6. Click Apply Item.
  7. It throws the below error "ORA-03113 - end of file on communication channel"
