Fails to Start Up Agile Application Server from Windows Service After Applying 9.3.5.4 (RUP4) and higher RUPs (Doc ID 2343323.1)

Symptoms

After Applying 9.3.5.4 (RUP4), Agile Application Server fails to startup if started from Windows service.

See below error in stdout.log:

Error

When accessed to Agile Web Client URL, will get error: 404

 

What is Working

Agile Application Server starts up successfully when started from startAgile.cmd

Steps

  1. Stop Agile Application Server
  2. Apply 9.3.5 RUP4
  3. Delete server cache folder
  4. Start Agile Application Server from Windows service
