Symptoms
Problem Statement
Memory Based Planner 64-bit Linux Hung on initial startup.
Customer run Memory Based Planner 64-bit Linux on new instance.
But it was not completed even after 5 hours or more.
After canceling once, even if they execute it again, it hangs in the same way.
In the concurrent log with debug on ,it seems that the following output for the same item has been repeated consecutively
Negative Buffer Problem: ITEM/ORG=82300/164; Qty=-nan
