Issue In Data Manager And Report Monitor With Portuguese Characters (Doc ID 2343801.1)

Symptoms

In the Oracle Utilities Energy Information Platform web interface the Portuguese characters show correctly, but not in Data Manager. In Data Manager, for example, "1 Renomeação (d)" is displayed as "1 Renomea o (d)". The report monitor also has problems dealing with Portuguese characters.

Steps for Data Manager:
1. Open Data Manager and go to Browse Customer Database;
2. Insert new record in table Customer with the following data:
ID: TESTE_PT
Name: Nomeação
3. Exit Browse Customer Database and re-open Browse Customer Database;
4. In Customer table locate the TESTE_PT record. In the Name field is displayed "Nomea o" instead of "Nomeação".
