Information in this document applies to any platform.
Chinese characters are not displayed in an export template .CSV file when using Microsoft Excel in a system configured to use the Chinese language.
The Chinese characters should display.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login to Unifier with Language set to Chinese.
- Export any BP's Line Item Template.
- Open the CSV file within Excel in a system set to use the Chinese language.
- Chinese Character cannot be seen.
