JNEP Unable To Find Class When Processing Orders

Symptoms
ASAP is not able to process a work order and received the following error in the JNEP diags:
Added a new ASDL which is pointing to the following Class file.
mslv.activation.cartridge.ubiqube.device.generated.ReadByDeviceReferenceProxy]]
