Diagnosing Why The Upload/preview Images While Creating/updating IM Content or Viewing Them In Infocenter is not Working

This article explains how to diagnose why images cant be uploaded or seen in Infocenter or InfoManager.
There are several different types of problems that can happen.
- If you can see images but just cant upload them then the IM console component path to the images might not be working.
- If you cant see images it could be the server serving them is not working. Sometimes just restarting the instances will correct the problem.
- The WYSIWYG_LIBRARY_PATH path has to match the ok resources url definitions in the xml file.
- Maybe the nas drive could be offline.
