Symptoms
On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) version 7.5.0 patchset 15 version, when running General Ledger (GL) reports, a significant amount of resources are spent processing records for $0 (up to 90% based on reports).
Is it possible to filter out $0 records so resources are not waster processing records that have no impact to the final report?
To reproduce this problem:
1. Create an account with 3 services having $0 cycle forward such that it remains unbilled until 1st Billing Day of Month (BDoM)
2. Run billing + GL on same day (Note: GL can be run every day)
3. Continue running Billing and GL everyday until you reach the BDoM
4. On BDoM run Billing + GL (Unbilled should move to Billed now)
