iOS Data Reset Gets Stuck in 'Processing' and Never Completes

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to perform a Data Reset, the processing wheel never finishes; The screen continues to show the spinning wheel with the message "Data Reset in Progress".

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Data Reset should complete in a timely manner.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will using the following steps:

  1. Launch the iOS app and login.
  2. Attempt to perform a Data Reset.
  3. The screen continues to show the spinning wheel with the message "Data Reset in Progress".
