Timed Batches Do Not Work

Batch does not work
Having issues with the timed generation when using the Batch Control in our production environment. This involves a job that is used to generate hourly reports, but without satisfying results.
After setting the Batch Control Type to “Timed” and the Timer Interval to 3600 (1 hour) and Timer Active to Yes, but the result is as follows:
Table CI_BATCH_JOB. batch_job_stat_flg =ST / PD
The job does not run.
Some of the times, the batch_job_stat_flg is set to ST, others it remains in PD but without ever starting or finishing correctly. This causes that all the jobs following after the ‘CMBPOBT’ execution to not run, and wait for this batch to end before their execution starts. This stops the whole flow of batch executions in standby state.
Unable to produce logs of the issue, because this only happens in production environment, and we cannot risk blocking all the other sequential jobs.

Another issue with the batch is that is only runs when using the Batch Job Submission and the field “Thread Number” must be set to 1, otherwise it remains eternally in the state ”Pending” . Please refer to screenshot 2. (Attached)
At this time, the only way we have of running the batch successfully is by configuring a batch job submission one by one, hour by hour, and setting the date and time and thread number.
