Symptoms

Assignments are not being dispatched for Contractor.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Approve assignment in Contractor Management Portal in MWM.
2. Tag approved assignment to worker.
3. Log in MDT as mobile contractor for capacity.

Result: Eligible tasks not dispatched/listed in MDT.

The following error is observed in the MDT logs:
