On : 11.3.0.4.0 version, Transformation for PDC

How to resolve RRE (Real-time Rating Engine) error when moving a bundled product from account level to service level?

The user has a bundled charge offer at account level which is already loaded into PDC database. For business requirement, the user needs to change it to service level. RRE errors out when importing this change.
