Cannot Get The Deleted CRFs Report To Run Within RDC

Symptoms
ISSUE:

Trying to "Generate Deleted CRF Report" the application reports the error message: "The selected patient(s) have no deleted CRFs that have not been re-entered. No Deleted CRFs Report submitted.'
The SQL Trace file reports:
