Symptoms


 On Applications Oracle Argus Safety Version: 8.1.1

When attempting to open Advanced Condition (AC) Library in some enterprises for a recently upgraded 8.1.1 environment the below error is reported.





The Advanced Conditions can be referenced in other parts of the applications and then work.
New Advanced Conditions can be created in other parts of the application.
The application errors when assigning permissions to the new Advanced Conditions.


 The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
Attempt to open Advanced Condition Library for some enterprises only in upgraded production environment.
