Symptoms

ICSR R2 Import was successful but Accept ICSR causes error and new case is not created.
The imported XML file is having value report type 3 (<reporttype>3</reporttype>).

 

ERROR MESSAGE ON ACCEPT ICSR:  

ORA-01403: no data found, Fatal error: Unable to validate the study number for [2]. Module: P_VALIDATE_ARGUS_MIN_REQ
