Multi-byte Characters Are Corrupted in File Names Downloaded from Document Manager in a Japanese-Language Operating System Environment

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When downloading a file from the Document Manager in Zip format, Japanese characters in the filename get garbled/corrupted.
Multi-byte characters in file names should not be changed or corrupted.
This issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
- Login to Unifier on a system configured to use the Japanese language.
- In Document Manager, upload a file with Japanese characters in the name.
- Download the file in .zip format.
- Open the downloaded .zip file, note that the file name is garbled.
