Cannot Replicate Persons with Bank Accounts to OHI Authorizations (Doc ID 2345778.1)

Persons can be replicated from OHI Policies to OHI Authorizations only when the configuration matches. In the case of OHI Authorizations it is not possible to set up bank account validations so any person in OHI Policies with a bank account fails to replicate because the Bank Account validation code cannot be found.

 REL-IP-RELA-011: Invalid bankAccountValidationCode "DE_NO". Relation cannot be processed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make sure OHI Policies replication of persons is enabled.
2. Prepare OHI Authorizations for replication of persons of said OHI Policies.
3. Create a person in OHI Policies with a bank account.
4. Replication will fail.

Inclusion of bank accounts is currently not possible, which might have an impact on the financial processing of premiums and claims if the financial system is is not aware of the banking details of the persons.
