Japanese Users Are Not Able to Log in to Wavelink Velocity If Native Mode Is Turned Off

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In Store Inventory Management (SIM) Wavelink Android Velocity application, the Japanese users are not able to log in if Native Mode is turned off.
Steps to Recreate:
1. In SIM Wavelink Android Velocity app, make sure that the Native Mode is turned OFF.
2. Try to login using the credentials of a user who is configured with Japanese language locale (i.e. security_user.language='ja').
3. Notice that a Blank SIM screen appears, but the application does not crash.
4. When the Native Mode is turned ON, the main menu is correctly displayed with Japanese language.
