OHI_AUTHORIZATIONS: Dynamic Record Data Disappearing (Doc ID 2346531.1)

Last updated on MARCH 27, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Health Insurance Authorizations - Version and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

A record definition is set up called DIS_REGISTER that is attached to the OHI_AUTHORIZATIONS usage page as a record. Data can be loaded into the record definition via the OHI UI and saved, but when the authorization is submitted the data appears to be removed (it is either not saved or it is no longer linked to the authorization) so it cannot be viewed.
The data can be recaptured multiple times but each time we submit the authorization, the data 'disappears'
It is expected that the historical data should remain when submitting an authorization.

The workaround is to auto-reload the data based on other parameters, but historical data such as 'date' fields cannot be maintained.
