Printing Single Safety Document May Display Wrong Safety Type and Number

Printing single safety document may display wrong safety type and number
If there are multiple safety documents associated with a switch plan and you print a safety document that isn't the first one created you will see the safety document type and number showing from the first safety document instead of the selected safety document.
Expect that the correct Safety Document type and number would be displayed.
1. Create a Planned Sheet and create 3 safety documents, the 2nd 2 should be a different type: CLEAR 1000, HOT 1000 and HOT 1001.
2. Click print preview on the last Safety Document. Note that it has the wrong Document Type and Number in the print. The rest of the safety document looks correct.
