Applies to:Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management - Version 22.214.171.124.0 to 126.96.36.199.0 [Release 2.3]
Oracle Real-Time Scheduler - Version 188.8.131.52.0 to 184.108.40.206.0 [Release 2.3]
Information in this document applies to any platform.
MWM default behavior is to send all attachments captured in the field to the host system (CC&B), regardless of type, size, etc. Currently, the user does not have the ability to capture attachments in CC&B, so there is no value in them being included in the outbound Sync Request. It is creating problems in SOA and significantly longer transmission times to upload 20MB+ attachments with some orders.
The base Script M1-SndAtUpDv has logic that if the Attachment comes from the device, it’s ALWAYS sent to the host.
This needs to be a configurable option to allow us to turn that on or off. One option would be a upload to host option on the MDT Type. Another spot might be on the External System (CC&B) .
