Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 version, Memory Based Planner
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
resource hours are 0 for firm orders
resource hours are all zeros for order that are firm. This is mis-leading when trying to calculate resource hours utilized
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Resource hours should be populated.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Advanced Supply Chain Planner > Supply Chain Plan > Workbench
