'Select All Staple Packs' Option Is Not Working For Sellable Packs

Symptoms
Problem Description
The 'Select All Staple Packs' option is not working for Sellable packs.
Steps to Reproduce :
1. Click on Create What If Allocation.
2. Search and Select a Sellable pack for allocation.
3. Click on Create Worksheet.
4. Click on Actions and click on Select All Staple Packs.
Noticed that none of the packs are selected. The issue exists even in Item/Source tab in Review section.
