Users Are Unable to Save Work in Agile PLM on SSO Environment

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Users are not able to save changes in Agile PLM in SSO instance. UI looks hanged.

ERROR

nohup log display the following :

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login Web Client of SSO environment with a SSO user.
2. Open a change and click Edit button on Cover Page.
3. Keep the change in edit mode for more than 30 minutes to make the session timed out.
4. Save
