How to use the Video plugin to Upload Videos During Content Creation (Doc ID 2347387.1)

The video plugin is not supported by Oracle. There are different plugins that could require different steps.
This is just one example listed here.
There also could be problems with the plugin that would not be supported.

You download and install the ckeditor video icon and function and upload video files through the menu bar.

Note:  serving video files may take more bandwidth than other files.  You may need to look at using a separate server from images or files to serve Video files.

Note:  This is a customization given for ease of integration.  This function is the responsibility of the customer.  If a patch is put on be sure to back up the part of the resource directory that has been altered.  As a new oob version of ckeditor could over write it.


2. We observed that the console users with the restricted views are not able to upload videos (see below error) , but the users with the repository view are able to upload the videos.
