Symptoms

Sorting by the "Condition Info" column in Condition Summaries does not work correctly.

Sorting ascending or descending results in the rows getting ordered in a seemingly random fashion.

It is expected that the Condition Info column should get sorted just like any other column.

The issue can be reproduced at will, on a system with an OPAL model, with the following steps:
1. In Web Workspace, either create 7 conditions (any type) or use a system with multiple conditions.
2. From the Condition Summary too, edit the "Condition Info" field for 5 conditions, use these values: A, Z, 13, 22 and A.
(Two of the conditions should have no value for "Condition Info".)

3. Press the column header to sort ascending/descending.
4. Observe that the order is not what it should be
