Oracle Database Connection String using Service Name is not supported in OCOMC ECEDC Cartridges database settings.

Use case Scenario:
Productive database hardware uses a load-balancer between multiple DB nodes.
To accomplish load balancing functionality, external applications uses the Service Name to reach the balancer but Service Name specification is not supported in cartridges configuration.

For example:  part of a DC suspense cartridge general.cfg settings:
dbport '152#'
dbpassword '---------------'
dbhost 'testhost####'
dbsid 'BRM#'

There is no 'Service Name' configuration available. .
