Why is the Drug Code Sometimes Not Populated in Products > Product Information for an Imported E2B Case? (Doc ID 2347745.1)

Goal

When an xml file is imported containing:

<medicinalproduct>INFLAMAC</medicinalproduct>
<medicinalproduct>calpol</medicinalproduct>

the following is displayed in the Case Form > Products > Product Information section for each product in the imported case:

Product Name = INFLAMAC, Drug Code is unpopulated
Product Name = CALPOL, Drug Code = 000200.01.007

However, when the same products are entered in the Products tab > Product Name field, the following results are returned in the Coding window:

When a record is selected from the Drug Coding window, the associated Drug Code is displayed in the Products tab > Drug Code field.

Why is the Drug Code for 'Inflamac' not populated in an E2B imported case?
