Error When Trying To Update Values For Existing HTS Assessment

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When trying to update the Computational Value Base or Rate of any existing HTS assessment, the following error occurs:
Some error has occurred.Error received is : null, please contact System Administrator.
Steps to Reproduce -
- Go to Item HTS Screen for an existing Item.
- Attempt to edit an existing Computational Value Base, press ok and observe above error.
- Trying to update Rate for an existing component also throws same error.
