ActivatePriceChange.sh Batch Aborts with "ORA-01400: CANNOT INSERT NULL" Error

In Store Inventory Management (SIM) application, find that, the ActivatePriceChange.sh batch aborts with the following error, when trying to start a regular price change:
Steps to Recreate:
1. Enable Retail Integration Bus (RIB) processing between SIM and Retail Price Management (RPM)
2. Create a new item in Retail Merchandising System (RMS) and ensure that the item is found in both SIM and RPM
3. In RPM, create a regular price change for the item and find that a record is inserted into SIM database table RK_PRICE_CHANGE with status '1' (New)
4. Now run the ActivatePriceChange.sh batch and find that the batch aborts with the error.
