Unable to Edit a Product Type after Initial Save

On Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller (OC3C) version and, an issue affects green fields installations only when trying to edit Product Types.

After making changes to a Product Type and clicking save, the Product Type edit screen will automatically close.  If reopened, the save button will no longer work unless the screens are completely restarted.

No errors are reported as a popup or in the Java console.  The save button animation occurs but the window never closes or reacts and the changes are not saved.
