Symptoms
On Applications Oracle Argus Safety Version : 6.0.5.8
An intermittent issue has been noted where ACK's are not getting generated for many of the imported XML files.
On checking in the Argus database, it is noted that msg_id was generated however ACK file was not created in ACK table.
