Primavera Web Service is Redirecting from HTTPS to HTTP (Doc ID 2348426.1)

Symptoms

When P6 Web Services is configured for SSL, the services page displays all the Endpoint addresses with "http instead of "https". The redirection is also occurring when running the code and this causes the code to fail.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure P6Webservices for SSL;
2. Access the P6 Web Services page: https://server_address/p6ws/services
3. See that all the URL do not start with https. Instead they start with http. The protocol of the URLs should match the protocol that is used to access the services page. This causes an error when accessing the links or running the code.
