Black Popup Screen Keeps Occurring While Entering PSR Orders (Doc ID 2349043.1)

Goal

User seeing black popup screen occurring while entering PSR order in MetaSolv Solution 6.2.1.b1182 version, as can be seen in the following picture:


The TBS client on Citrix is on a Citrix Server running 2008 R2 with Internet Explorer 8, and Citrix XenApp 7.15.
The 2012 R2 Citrix Servers are running IE 11.

Issue is also happening with MSS running in physical workstations using Windows 7.

Problem hits all PSR orders.
