Symptoms

MDM Inbound Communication doesn't allow user action (Connect or Disconnect State Change Notify)

On an Connect or Disconnect State Change Notify Inbound Communication (D3-ConnectDisconStateChgNtf), user with ALL_SERVICES is not able to perform user actions.

The following describes the 4 actions user is expected to perform but not able to -
1. When the inbound communication is in Validation Error status, the user should be able to click the "Validate" button and process the inbound communication to the next appropriate status. However, the "Validate" button does not appear for such inbound communication.
2. When the inbound communication is in Validation Error status, the user should be able to click the "Discard" button and process the inbound communication to the next appropriate status. However, the "Discard" button does not appear for such inbound communication.
3. When the inbound communication is in Pending status, the user should be able to click the "Validate" button and process the inbound communication to the next appropriate status. However, the "Validate" button does not appear for such inbound communication.
4. The user with ALL_SERVICES should be able to "edit" the inbound communication of this type. However, the "Edit" button does not appear for such inbound communication despite the inbound communication status.
5. The user with ALL_SERVICES should be able to "delete" the inbound communication of this type. However, the "Delete" button does not appear for such inbound communication despite the inbound communication status.
