Symptoms

When attempting to view Service Status in P6Web, the following error occurs:

ERROR

An error occurred while processing your request. Please try again or contact administrator.

ERROR [pop-up]

  Unable to load data
  Request sent with invalid data

  In the WebAccess logs the following error comes can be seen:

DBEngine.executeSelect: {SELECT projwbs.proj_id ProjectId,project.proj_id ProjectProjectId,projwbs.parent_wbs_id ParentWbsId,projwbs.wbs_id WbsId,projwbs.proj_node_flag ProjectFlag,project.project_flag ProjectProjectFlag,projwbs.wbs_name Name,projwbs.wbs_short_name ShortName,project.clndr_id ProjectCalendarId FROM project,projwbs WHERE projwbs.proj_id=project.proj_id AND projwbs.proj_node_flag='Y' AND (projwbs.status_code IN ('WS_Planned','WS_Template','WS_Whatif','WS_Open','WS_Requested') ) AND (project.proj_id IN (.....))}


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to P6 Web
  2. Click Administer
  3. Click View service status
