Error: "Datetime value $VALUE does not match the specified format" When Creating Or Running An Analysis With A BP Line Text UDF (Doc ID 2349196.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create or run an existing Analysis using the "Primavera - Business Process" subject area, the following error occurs after adding a BP Line text UDF which has an associated value and exceeds the default "allowed" mappings (40 for Text UDF):

Error Codes: OPR4ONWY:U9IM8TAC:U9IM8TAC:U9IM8TAC

State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred.
Please have your System Administrator look at the log for more details on this error. (HY000)

State: HY000. Code: 43113. [nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS.
Please have your System Administrator look at the log for more details on this error. (HY000)

State: HY000. Code: 46047. [nQSError: 46047] Datetime value $VALUE does not match the specified format.
Please have your System Administrator look at the log for more details on this error. (HY000)

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login P6 Analytics
  2. Run Analytics or create a new analysis using "Primavera - Business Process"
  3. Add a Text UDF mapping which is mapped to # 41 or above.
  4. Note the error which occurs when viewing results.
