'Add Charge' Button Is Greyed Out While Creating Charge Offer (Doc ID 2349205.1)

Goal

On Oracle Communications Pricing Design Center (PDC), 11.1.0.10.1 version,

User has installed Patch Set 10 and followed it by installation of the Interim Patch 1 (<Patch 26771423>).

After this, while creating a charge offer, the 'Add Charge' button is not enabled for the user to click. It is expected that this button should be enabled to proceed further in completing the charge creation. See screenshot below :
