Comments Usage Type Does Not Work As Expected (Doc ID 2349210.1)

On : 16.0.1 version, Document Maintenance

After changing and saving the 'Usage Type' for invoice comments, you observe the change is not saved when you re-query the invoice.
You expect the change to be present on the comments tab
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 1 - Search of an invoice in the search document screen
 2 - Open an invoice and add a comment.
 3 - Save and close the invoice
 4 - search for the invoice that was changed and open it again
 5 - Edit the comment created in the step 3 and change the "Usage Type".
 6 - Save the invoice and close it.
 7 - Repeat step 4
 8 - Note that the "Usage Type" value is not being save after the second update.
