All Open Switch Sheets Get Flagged as Modified When Custom CheckBox is Toggled

Symptoms
Open Switch Sheets incorrectly showing as modified
A user has four open and unmodified pre-existing switch sheets. If they change to the Request tab on the fourth sheet and then toggle one of the check boxes next to the Description of Work field, ALL switch sheets get flagged as being modified (the sheet number changes to italicized). When the user tries to close each of the sheets, they get prompted to save changes even though there are no changes in any of the first three sheets.
Untouched switching sheets should not get marked as modified.
The issue could only be reproduced on the project's configuration.
