ATP Is Not Scheduled in a New Organization

Symptoms

Problem Statement
A new organization has been created and some stocks has been entered.
However, even runing the ATP Data Pull program and Planning Data pull, Supply is not collected from the new subinventory, so the message is displayed in Sales Orders form when scheduling.

Error
Scheduling failed.
Try ATP again later.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a new inventory organization.
  2. Do misc receipt
  3. Run ATP Data Pull program and Planning Data pull
  4. Scheduling in Sales Order form
