Checkout time and Checkin time in the Workspace shows in GMT

Expected Behavior
-
Checkout time and Checkin time in the Workspace to show in the client's local timezone as set in the Java Runtime

What is Working

Last modified of Workspace shows in the client's local timezone as set in the Java Runtime

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Login to Web Client, and open design or item's attachment tab and perform Load to CAD.
  2. From Load Preview window, checkout object.
  3. Perform Workspace Manager from Solidworks, and open Workspace tab. Check checkout time. Checkout time is displaying in GMT timezone.
  4. CheckIn file.
  5. Perform Workspace Manager from Solidworks, and open Workspace tab. Check CheckIn time. CheckIn time is displaying in GMT timezone.
