In MDM miscalculations have been found in the Interval Adjustment from Scalar VEE Rule (D2-IntervalAdjustmentFrmScalar). The adjustment done from scalar measuring component to interval measuring component is found to be not equal.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Following are the steps to recreate the issue
1- Created a VEE group using VEE rule D2-IntervalAdjustmentFrmScalar.
2- Referenced it on Interval measuring component.
3- Created a smart meter device and configured it with a scalar measuring component and an interval measuring component.
4- Referenced the scalar measuring component on interval measuring component.
5- Referenced the VEE Group for Manual IMD.
6- Entered a non zero reading on scalar MC. For example, January 1, 2018 00:00:00 thru January 2, 2018 00:00:00 (24 hours) with quantity = 100.
7- Entered a zero reading with missing condition code on interval MC.
8- When finalized the IMD the summed up value for all the intervals was not equal to 100. Interval quantities are "4".
