ReIM Application Is Not Able To Accessible After Applying Weblogic Patch (Doc ID 2350346.1)

Symptoms

On : 14.0.2 version,

ReIM application URL is not accessible. The following error occurs: Error 404 - Not found
After WLS patch was applied (example p26519424).

Error observed in the log:
