Symptoms
PROBLEM STATEMENT
User is unable to disconnect a customer account: (space)NNNNNNNNNN
User created an account with a space in front of the account number and would like to disconnect it.
There are two Canceled orders on this account but order 433038 is still showing as “In Progress”
There is no way to correct this as all tasks are closed and the order is canceled. See the status in the following picture:
For the time being I have added **DO NOT USE** in front of the Company name.
User would like to get this account disconnected.
BUSINESS IMPACT
User wants means to delete the account faulty account ." 001292002' with the leading space character.
