Value incorrect to indConsumidorFinal integration the RTIL with TaxRules.

In integration the RTIL with TaxRules the tax engine expected the variable
indConsumidorFinal value "S", but information it is sent with "Y".
This information is necessary to tax engine calculate information DIFAL to
requisition of SALES.
Attached, follows RTIL log.

RTIL OBJ = <ns4:end_consumer_ind>Y</ns4:end_consumer_ind>
TAX = <indConsumidorFinal>Y</indConsumidorFinal> * Tax engine expected value
is "S"

RTIL OBJ = <ns5:deduce_cfop_code>Y</ns5:deduce_cfop_code>
TAX = <deduzCFOP>S</deduzCFOP>

This information is in Log attached.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Shipment customer order
2) Create NF of SALE.
3) Validate NF to calculete tax of Sale.
* Information send the taxrules in the indConsumidorFinal expected "S"
