Salesprocess Fails With an Error 'ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero' For Items With 0 Retail Price (Doc ID 2350522.1)

When attempting to run salesprocess batch for item with zero retail proce, the following error occurs.

@0PACKAGE_ERROR@1ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero@2CORESVC_SALES_UPLOAD_PRST_
salesprocess~20171208144359~PROCESS_SALES~CORESVC_SALES_UPLOAD_SQL.PROCESS_SALES Process:5012 Thread: Failed

Steps To Recreate:

  1. Create a transaction in Retail Sales Audit(ReSA) with unit retail being 0 and no tax record.
  2. Close the store day and export the transaction to RMS.
  3. Load the transaction into Retail Merchandising System(RMS). Below error is encountered.
