Inbox Notification Information are Partially Missing For Change With 100 Affected Item Assigned (Doc ID 2350560.1)

Goal

Actual Behavior
When adding 100 items to Change on Affected Items tab and progress the
workflow to CCB status, the approver assigned to the workflow recieve
notification but from the inbox, information are partially missing such as

Subject : Your approval is required for

Message : has been moved by from to for the for your review and approval.

Description of Change : 


Reason of Change :

What is Working 

Same notification sent from Email displays information correctly.
When adding 1 item to Change on Affected Items tab and progress the workflow
to CCB status, the approver assigned to the workflow receive notification
and on inbox it displays information correctly.

Expected Behavior
When adding 100 items to Change on Affected Items tab and progress the
workflow to CCB status, the approver assigned to the workflow receive
notification and from both inbox and email, information are shown correctly.

Steps

  1. Login to Java Client in admin user 
  2. Go to Admin > Settings > System Settings > Notifications 
  3. Set notification : Change Orders - ECO Status Promotion, Approvers

    Enabled : Yes 
    Notification Type : Email and Inbox

  4. Login to admin user through Web Client and create Change
  5. Add affected items with 100 item
  6. Set Approver to user : userA and Progress Change to CCB status
  7. Login to userA. Go to Notifications tab Inbox.
